All speaking at a Global Environmental Governance meeting organised by Maria Ivanova  of Wiliam and Mary College and Dan Esty of Yale.

As Maurice said:   “We need a radical shift in the mind-set which dictates our priorities.  We must treat (climate)  it as a security issue, the most important threat to global security we will ever face.” He went on to suggest that: “Energy is at the heart of this transition. Climate security and energy security are two sides of the same coin: one cannot be achieved without the other.”
